Boola Katitjin - Murdoch University

The Boola Katitjin project is Murdoch University's new mass engineered timber building, the largest in Western Australia, designed as a student-centred hub for learning, connection, and innovation. It features technology-rich labs, flexible learning spaces, and industry collaboration areas, all built with a focus on sustainability and to support the university's "Building a Brighter Future, Together - Ngala Kwop Biddi" strategy.

At SPP GROUP WA, we were one of the core Building Services consultants providing the detail design and documentation of the Building Services.

On the sharp end of the D&C we designed all the Hydraulic Services in 3D REVIT and collaborated with the BIM team to ensure accurate coordination with the TIMBER SOLUTION.
